Mixology Master Class

We are offering a mixology master class, digitally over Zoom, hosted by Darnell Dodson, The Polo Bar’s master of libations. In this private one-hour session, Mr. Dodson will teach you and up to three of your guests the fine art of cocktail craft, offering instruction on how to make three of The Polo Bar’s signature drinks—the Brown Derby, the Prince of Whales, and the iconic Old Fashioned—accompanied by a The Polo Bar’s hand-cut potato chips and mixed nuts to enjoy. Prior to your class, The Polo Bar will send you a selection of three juices and one syrup, which will be used in the making of your cocktails. Also included with your experience are a mixing glass set, a cocktail shaker, and a three-piece bar tool set from the Ralph Lauren Home collection.
